Waypoint is an inventory management specialist based in Melbourne, with a second office in London. We help product businesses, manufacturers, wholesalers, and ecommerce operators get the most from Cin7 Core.
We’ve been implementing inventory systems since 2011. Our approach is straightforward: fix the process first, then implement the software. That order matters. A well-configured system built on a broken process is still a broken process.
Our work covers the full lifecycle: scoping, configuration, training, and ongoing support after go-live. We also manage integrations with connected apps, from ecommerce platforms and 3PLs to reporting tools.
